NEW WORK PERMITS ISSUANCE FEES KENYA
The Kenyan government through the State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services under the Ministry of Interior and National Administration revised the charges for work permit issuance fee as from April 2024. Below is an outline of the new government issuance fee and processing charges:

It is also important to note that once the permit has been approved the applicant is required to provide the immigration department with a Financial Security inform of a Bank Guarantee or Insurance security bond as per the terms of the approved permit. In most cases the department will ask for a financial security of Ksh.. 100,000.00 which may cost an applicant about Ksh 15,000 to process.
